The USWTCA was established in 1967 to become a voice for women's equality in track and field.  The legacy continues today, with both male and female coaches, setting the standard for equal opportunity and treatment of women in sports.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.

Our Mission

To be a voice for the body of coaches, both men and women, who coach women (club, junior and senior, junior college, university) and those individuals who are interested in the United States having the best Women's Track & Field program in the world.
